Germ, a Twice Weekly Video Segment

I was looking for inspiration and a way to spark creativity and ultimately create content. I want to create an experience of what it is like to work with me. What type of content could I create? How to present the goofy, thoughtful, caring Ted.

So what about a podcast, I thought. It would be fun to interview or partner with some great people, but that is a big lift; it’s a lot to ask of a listener and a guest. Some of my favorite podcasts, Tim Ferris and The Huberman Lab are always an hour or more. I love the content and the effort, but how many different podcasts can we consume in a week? So I want to be quick, concise, and connect to how coaching works. And the idea of Germ was born. Germ: An Idea in 90 Seconds. And no AI, except for some help with this posting. ☺

Each episode of Germ is short and engaging. An idea for personal development, dealing with others, or challenging your business. Whether it’s about overcoming fear, handling difficult conversations, or finding your passion, you will find something useful and interesting in each episode. At least, that’s my hope.

Germ is not just a collection of tips and tricks but a way of thinking and living. It encourages you to cultivate your curiosity, challenge your assumptions, and take action on your dreams. It shows how an idea, even ones that seem small or simple, can grow big if you nurture them. And I hope you enjoy it enough to share it with others.

Germ is inspired by some of my favorite sources of knowledge and wisdom. It is modeled after popular shows like Memory Palace, Pardon the Interruption, and Embracing Bliss. (IYKYK) It draws from the insights of thought leaders like Eckhart Tolle, Tasha Eurich, Sam Harris, and whatever else the universe wants me to share. It combines the best of philosophy, psychology, and spirituality. Ultimately, if I’ve been successful, it will open up new perspectives for you.

So what are you waiting for? Watch Germ: An Idea in 90 Seconds!
